Report of Premiums for Assessment Purposes

Based upon feedback received from our member companies, PIAL has updated the Report of Premiums on our website this year to make it even more user friendly for our members.

Reports are due August 31, 2019.

Submission Procedures:

  • Remember to attach a copy of the Annual Statement – Exhibit of Premiums and Losses (Statutory page 14), page 19.LA to your Report of Premiums
  • Print and save the form as a PDF file to your computer
  • Submit the electronic data to PIAL via the website

Premiums reported are verified by comparing them with your Annual Statement therefore you must attach Statutory page 14.  If you have any questions, please contact Cindy Bodden by email at cbodden@pial.org or call at 504.836.7984.
